FLEX LEADERSHIP SUMMIT 2016

For the Flex rebrand initiative, yU+co was asked to create a site-specific immersive experience for the Flex Leadership Summit 2016. The audience was wrapped 300° in screens spanning 12 feet high by 300 feet wide. We created several inspirational corporate videos shown at the summit to an enthusiastic crowd, including Global Citizenship and the Flex brand anthem: We Are Flex. Culminating into a performance by a live band, the event was designed to engage and inspire senior leaders at the summit, while positioning Flex as a revolutionary company comprised of employees who believe in their mission: “Together We Can Change the Future.”
