A Good Year

Director Ridley Scott wanted to create a charming and humorous title sequence that complimented a joke at the end of his film, A Good Year. Selected stills from the film are introduced into different windows that pop in and out of the frame, sometimes segueing into clips of live action footage. A French version of the popular American song "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" lends a European touch to the sequence and builds upon its sense of playfulness.
