A GOOD YEAR

Director Ridley Scott wanted to create a charming and humorous title sequence that complimented a joke at the end of the film. Selected stills from the film are introduced into different windows that pop in and out of the frame, sometimes segueing into clips of live action footage. A French version of the popular American song "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" lends a European touch to the sequence and builds upon its sense of playfulness.
