Hightown

For Hightown, we created a montage sequence that uses pattern and contrast to establish Cape Cod as an idyllic American vacation destination with a dark world of drugs and crime lurking just under the surface. We gave the footage a vintage home video quality that not only harkens to the region’s history as a summer hotspot but also gives the sequence a jittery, unearthly quality that hints at the show’s themes of addiction and substance abuse.
