Into the Woods

For the big screen adaptation of the Stephen Sondheim musical, yU+co designed two key elements that bookend the film. The film opens with our customized Disney logo, introducing us to the fairytale world of Into the Woods. At the film’s conclusion, Director Rob Marshall wanted to create a cinematic curtain call by featuring the actors during the Main on End credits. We designed this sequence which incorporates the film’s atmospheric elements of twisted branches and fog while revisiting key moments of the actors’ performances.
