MULAN

For the live action adaptation of Disney’s Mulan, we created a custom logo to fit in with the film’s setting of Imperial China. We created a new landscape surrounding the Disney castle with iconic Chinese mountains and rice fields, and populated the river with period Chinese boats. The castle itself was given a facelift, maintaining the classic structure, but adding Chinese architectural details. The last touch was introducing a Phoenix who flies over the castle in an arc in place of the shooting star.
